Air Fryer French Fries

The Air Fryer makes fresh French Fries deliciously crunchy using very little oil. I'm sharing all the tools, tips and tricks to cook up these Air Fryer French Fries.

Ingredients
 

  • 5-6 russet potatoes
  • salt & pepper or other seasonings, to taste
  • olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Peel potatoes and cut into evenly sized fries. Dry potatoes very well! Coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
  • In Batches, place fries in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes. Shake basket to redistribute fries then cook another 5 minutes. Shake fries to redistribute again. Check for doneness. Cook another 3-5 minutes if needed.
