Ingredients
 

  • 4-8 baked potatoes, scrubbed clean
  • 1 cup cold water

Directions

  • Place 1 cup of water and trivet into the inner pot of Instant Pot. Pierce 4-8 clean potatoes several times with a fork. Stack potatoes on top of trivet.
  • Close lid and set valve to sealing. Set Instant Pot on high pressure for 12 minutes. 
  • After cook time has finished, allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes then turn valve to quick release. 

Notes

Time to reach pressure: less than 10 minutes
Pressure cook time: 12 minutes
Natural pressure release: 10 minutes
