Cheese 'n Apple Pie Cups

Cheese and Apple Pie Cups are a twist on the classic Apple Pie and Cheddar Cheese. These delicious cups are prepared in an muffin pan and have a surpring cheesy topping made with Cheetos Puffs. Hey, don't knock it till you've tried it! It's amazing.

Ingredients
 

  • 3/4 cup Cheetos Puffs, crushed
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 can, 12 oz biscuits
  • 5 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 can, 20 oz apple pie filling

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, combine crushed Cheetos, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup for topping.
  • Separate biscuit dough into 12 biscuits. Dip into melted butter. Coat both sides well with crumb mixture.
  • Place each biscuit into an ungreased deep muffin cup, pressing dough up sides and slightly over the edge of the cup.
  • Fill each cup with about 2 tablespoons for pie filling. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes until browned.
