Easy Oven Meatballs

Easy Oven Meatballs are super simple and oh so flavorful. They are perfect for making your meatball mountain or using in your favorite family dishes. I'm sharing all the keys to success so that you can make these meatballs for your family too.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp dried parsley flakes

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until just combined.
  • Shape mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons each.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

To make small 1 Tablespoon meatballs, the cook time is approximately 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
