Honey Glazed Carrots are a fantastic side dish with chicken or pot roast or pretty much anything else. The buttery honey sauce is lip-licking good. Save this one under easy and delicious. ⅛
Pour carrots into a medium saucepan and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook about 15 minutes, until carrots are tender. Drain well.
Return carrots to saucepan and reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter, brown sugar, and honey. Stir well. Cook another 5 minutes until butter is melted and sauce is combined.
