Directions

  • Mix all ingredients except caramels in a small bowl until combined.
  • Pour batter into a large coffee mug.
  • Cut each caramel into 3 or 4 pieces. Drop caramel pieces into the coffee mug. Stir gently to combine.
  • Microwave on high power for 90 seconds. If still a bit gooey, cook 10 seconds at a time until fully cooked.

Notes

You can use any variety of caramels, such as the Brach's caramel squares or Werther's Originals Cocoa Creme Soft Caramels or Werther's Originals Vanilla Soft Caramels.
