Easy Strawberry Pie

  • Bring 7-up, sugar, and cornstarch to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil until the liquid is nearly clear, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  • Slice the strawberries in half. Larger berries may need to be quartered. Stir strawberries into the Jello mixture then pour into the prepared crust.
  • Chill until set. Serve with fresh whipped cream.
