Ingredients

  • 1 can, 17 oz Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
  • red food coloring
  • mini marshmallows

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Unroll each cinnamon roll into a long strip of dough. Starting with the part that was the center of the roll, fold the dough back and forth into a pyramid shape to form Santa's hat.
  • Place hat-shaped dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining rolls.
  • Bake 14-16 minutes until the cinnamon rolls are puffy and light brown. Remove from oven and allow cinnamon rolls to cool at least 10 minutes.
  • Add 3-4 drops of red food coloring to the frosting that came with the cinnamon rolls. Stir well until the frosting is the desired shade of red. Use a knife to spread the frosting over the cinnamon rolls.
  • Place one mini marshmallow at the top of Santa's hat for the white pompom. Use more marshmallows along the bottom to represent the white, fluffy brim of Santa's hat.

Notes

If you want more frosting, you can add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and a few drops of milk to the frosting. Stir well.
