  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Divide ground beef into four equal portions that are 6 ounces each. Use a hamburger press to form the beef into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the hamburger patties on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Turn over the patties then cook another 10-15 minutes until the juices run clear and the meat is cooked through.
