  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
  • Add crispy bacon that has been broken into bits and green beans that have been drained well. Stir to coat.
  • Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir well. Cook another 3 minutes or until heated through.

Notes

Diabetic substitutions:
  • Use low sodium soy sauce
  • Try reducing brown sugar to 1/4 cup
