Unroll each cinnamon roll halfway and fold the long strip of dough into two humps on top of the coiled center to form the bunny's ears.
Place bunny-shaped dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining rolls.
Bake 14-16 minutes until the cinnamon rolls are puffy and light brown. Remove from oven and allow cinnamon rolls to cool for at least 10 minutes.
Add 3-4 drops of light pink food coloring to the frosting that came with the cinnamon rolls. Stir well until the frosting is the desired shade of pink. Use a knife to spread the frosting over the cinnamon rolls.
Notes
If you want more frosting, you can add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar and a few drops of milk to the frosting. Stir well.
