  • In a medium skillet, heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees F over medium-high heat.
  • Cut string cheese into bite-sized pieces, about 4-5 pieces per piece of string cheese.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk to combine.
  • Place the flour in one shallow bowl and the bread crumbs in another.
  • For each piece of string cheese, dip it into the flour then into the egg mixture then into the bread crumbs. Make sure the cheese is fully coated with the bread crumbs.
  • Add 5-6 coated pieces of cheese into the oil at a time. Cook about 30 seconds, stirring constantly so that they don't stick together or stick to the bottom of the pan. Mozzarella bites are ready when they are browned and crispy, it will only take a few seconds per batch.
  • Remove from the oil and place onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • Serve with marinara sauce and ranch dressing. Enjoy!
