Halloween Double Decker Cookies

This Halloween Double Decker Cookies recipe is a game changer for your Halloween snack tray. Simply stack the Pillsbury shape sugar cookies on top of chocolate chip cookie dough then bake until golden brown and crispy. Winner, winner!

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • If using a roll of chocolate chip cookie dough, slice the roll into 20 even slices. Place the dough 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. If using break-apart cookie dough, break the dough apart and place it on an ungreased cookie sheet then use the bottom of a glass to flatten the dough.
  • Center one shape sugar cookie dough onto each disc of chocolate chip cookie dough.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cookies are lightly browned.
  • Cool for 1 minute then remove the cookies from the baking sheet and place them on a sheet of wax paper to cool completely.
