Ingredients
 

Directions

  • Dice fresh strawberries then stir in 2 tsp sugar. Stir well then set aside.
  • In a blender, combine heavy whipping cream, milk, pudding mix, 2 Tbsp sugar, vanilla and half of the strawberries.
  • Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours. Cover and refrigerate the remaining strawberries.
  • After 24 hours, remove the lid from the pint container and place it into the Ninja Creami. Process on the ice cream setting.
  • Open the lid and add in the remaining half cup of diced strawberries with or without the juice*. Place back into the Ninja Creami and respin.

Notes

If you like your ice cream firmer in texture, leave out the extra juice from your strawberries when you re-spin. If you like your ice cream softer, add in the juice.
