Ingredients

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with aluminum foil then spray with cooking spray.
  • Use a large serrated knife to slice rolls in half to separate the tops and bottoms. Place the bottoms of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer half the cheese over the bottom half of the rolls. Next, layer all of the turkey. Then layer the other half of the cheese over the turkey.
  • Add the tops of the rolls.
  • Whisk the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture all over the rolls, allowing it to drip down the sides. Pour any remaining sauce over the rolls.
  • Bake uncovered for 15-25 minutes until the tops of the rolls are browned.
  • Slice into individual sliders.

Notes

To make hot ham and cheese sandwiches, simply substitute sliced turkey for the sliced deli ham.
