  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil then place a wire rack into it.
  • Twist each slice of bacon and lay them side-by-side on the wire rack.
  • Bake uncovered for 20 minute. Flip the bacon then cook another 15 minutes on the other side until they reach the desired crispness.
  • Place on a paper towel to cool and drain.
