Easy Sweet Potato Crescent Dumplings
Ingredients
- 1 pkg sweet potato patties, Pictsweet brand
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- ¾ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅔ cup Sprite lemon lime soda
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Allow the sweet potato patties to defrost at room temperature for a few minutes. Slice each one in half.
- Unroll crescent dough. Cut each triangle into two smaller triangles. You will end up with 32 dough triangles from the two packages.
- Place a sweet potato slice on the short side of each triangle and roll up to the point, wrapping dough around each sweet potato slice.
