    I have to say that making candy is probably the scariest thing I’ve ever done in the kitchen and I’ve been cooking majorly for 40 years. I think it’s important to stress the danger involved with making candy which means you must have heat resistant gloves nearby until you get the hang of it because that temperature is send you to the hospital on Christmas Eve. Kind of temperature. The recipe is straightforward and easy to understand which I appreciate I think I did OK won’t know until I chop it up later tomorrow lol now I need to bring my endorphin levels down.
