Hershey Kiss Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 box, 16 oz brownie mix
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 bag, 18 oz Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together the brownie mix and cocoa powder. Add in water and vegetable oil and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes or until firm enough to roll.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls the roll in granulated sugar. Place the balls two inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until set.
- Cool for 5 minutes then top with a Hershey Kiss. Cool completely.

Hi @Kendra, I used the Hershey’s Meltaway Kisses in the rose foil wrappers and they worked great! They’re a little softer then the normal one so it was easier to bite into them. A win!
