  1. Changed this recipe a bit. I didn’t have Rotel so I used a small can of green chilis and a can of diced tomatoes. Also I did not cook the chicken near as long, 10 min with bones breasts, seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasonings with 1 cup of water.. Took out the chicken, and added 4-5 cups of water. Broke the noodles in half and cooked on saute for like 3 min then dumped the diced chicken, soups and diced tomatoes as well as green chilis back in, stirred and covered again. Set it for 5 minutes. Was perfect. Did not use the Velveeta
