No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Delight is one of my favorite easy desserts when I need something quick that still feels special. With a creamy cheesecake layer, Golden Oreo crust, and fresh strawberries, it looks impressive but takes just minutes to put together.

I make this all the time for spring and summer gatherings, especially when I don’t want to turn on the oven. It reminds me of my classic strawberry delight but with more of a cheesecake flavor, and it pairs perfectly with other easy desserts like my Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle or No Bake Oreo Mud Pie. If you love simple layered desserts with big flavor, this one is always a winner.
