Ingredients & Substitutions
This recipe uses pantry-friendly ingredients that come together to create a creamy, cheesy, and comforting meal.
- Chicken-Flavored Ramen Noodles – The base of the dish! These noodles soak up all the delicious Alfredo flavor. Only one seasoning packet is used to avoid too much saltiness.
- Rao’s Alfredo Sauce – I love Rao’s because it’s rich and flavorful, but any good-quality Alfredo sauce will work.
- Rotisserie Chicken – A shortcut I use all the time! It’s already cooked and perfectly shredded for this dish.
- Frozen Mixed Vegetables – Adds color, texture, and a nutritional boost to the casserole.
- Chicken Broth – Helps the ramen noodles soften and absorb all the flavors.
- Heavy Whipping Cream – Makes the dish extra creamy and luxurious.
- Italian Blend Cheese – Melts beautifully on top for a gooey, cheesy finish.
- Italian Seasoning – Brings in those classic herb flavors that complement the Alfredo sauce.
- Black Pepper – Adds a little kick and balances out the richness.
