Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

🔑 Key to Success #1 – Soften the Cream Cheese

This delicious Cream Cheese Fruit Dip is so simple that you can literally mix it up in 5 minutes.

To make this easier, be sure to allow your cream cheese to soften before you start mixing. You can just let it sit out on the countertop for about 30 minutes.

If you are in a hurry, you can soften your cream cheese in the microwave.

Unwrap the cream cheese and put it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it on high power for about 10 seconds. No more than that. You just want to soften it up but not melt it completely.

🔑 Key to Success #2 – Use a Large Jar of Marshmallow Creme

Be sure to note that this recipe calls for a large jar of marshmallow creme or marshmallow fluff. The large jar is 13 ounces.

If you can’t find the larger jars, you can also use two of the smaller 7-ounce jars.

Using a hand mixer, cream together the marshmallow creme and the softened cream cheese.

I would highly recommend whipping up this easy fruit dip in a small glass bowl. This is literally the best small glass bowl for mixing. The high sides and flat bottom are perfect for use with a hand mixer.

Quick Fruit Dip

🔑 Key to Success #3 – Serve It Up in Style

I used some small colorful square trays for my fruit and a square bowl for the fruit dip. It worked out perfectly.

But there are a lot of other options out there like serving trays and even cooler servers with an ice tray underneath.

You can mix the fruit up into a fruit bowl or separate it into different sections for each fruit.

Either way, this fruit dip would be a perfect accompaniment to your fruit tray.

And it’s much better than the commercial fruit dips that you can buy at the grocery store.
