In this recipe, we’re adding some ranch flavoring to really take our breaded pork chops to the next level.

Key to Success #1 – Choose Thin-cut Chops
For this Air Fryer recipe, you’ll want to choose thin-cut pork chops.
You can certainly cook thicker pork chops in the Air Fryer!
But this recipe’s cooking time and temperature are for thin-cut pork chops.
If you are using larger or thicker pork chops, you’ll need to increase the cooking time by maybe as much as 10 additional minutes.
Key to Success #2 – Add Some Flavor
Pork is a great meat to use when you want to add a lot of flavor to your meal. It can be adapted to just about any flavor combination.
I used a packet of dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix to add flavor.
You could also do herb seasoning or any of the Mrs Dash Seasoning Blends would be delicious.
Just add your favorite seasoning to the breadcrumbs and you’re ready to get dipping.
Key to Success #3 – Dip Chops in Bread Crumb Coating
After you season the pork chops, dip them in a mixture of egg and milk then into the bread crumb and seasoning mixture.
The egg will help the crumb coating stick to the pork chops.
Be sure to really press the chops into the bread crumbs to make sure they stick well.
You don’t want to end up with some spots that are not coated well.
It made a great quick weeknight meal.

- 4-8 thin-cut pork chops
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix, dry
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat Air Fryer to 360 degrees F.
- In small bowl, beat egg, season with salt and pepper. Mix in milk. In separate bowl, mix together bread crumbs and ranch dressing mix
- One by one, dip pork chops into egg mixture then completely cover with bread crumbs.
- In batches of 4 at a time, please pork chops in basket of Air Fryer and spray with olive oil. Cook for 6 minutes then turn over and cook another 6 minutes. Check for doneness and cook another 2-3 minutes if needed.
