Ingredients

  • 1 box 16 oz brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 bag 18 oz Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir together the brownie mix and cocoa powder. Add in water and vegetable oil and stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes or until firm enough to roll.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls the roll in granulated sugar. Place the balls two inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until set.
  • Cool for 5 minutes then top with a Hershey Kiss. Cool completely.

I’m making these brownie bites this weekend for Valentine’s Day! Can I use the valentine Hersheys kisses?

Hi @Kendra, I used the Hershey’s Meltaway Kisses in the rose foil wrappers and they worked great! They’re a little softer then the normal one so it was easier to bite into them. A win!
