Caramel Cheesecake Dip

Key to Success #1 – Use Thick Caramel For Apple

The caramel sauce that we’re using in this recipe is the thick caramel sauce that you would find in the produce section of the supermarket.

You can use light caramel sauce or old-fashioned caramel.

Either type will work perfectly in this easy dip recipe.

If you’re feeling ambitious, you can even make your own caramel using our easy recipe.

Half of the caramel sauce will go into the cream cheese mixture.

The other half of the caramel sauce will be melted and spread over the top of the cream cheese.

We’re adding layers upon layers of flavor to this easy Caramel Cheesecake Dip recipe.

Key to Success #2 – Soften the Cream Cheese

This delectable Caramel Cheesecake Dip is so easy to make that you can make it in just 5 minutes.

Allow the cream cheese to soften before beginning to blend to make things easier.

Softened cream cheese will result in a silky smooth, creamy dip.

To soften the cream cheese, simply let it out on the counter for about 30 minutes.

If you’re in a rush, you can microwave your cream cheese to soften it.

Unwrap the cream cheese and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave on high power for 10 seconds.

You only want to soften the cream cheese, not entirely melt it.

No Bake Caramel Cheesecake dip for Apples

Key to Success #3 – Add Something Crunchy on the Top

For the topping, you can use any number of crunchy toppings.

I prefer to use Heath toffee bits.

You can often find these in the baking aisle of your local supermarket.

If your shop doesn’t carry them, you can crush up a Heath bar into bits.

You could also use chopped roasted peanuts on top of this easy apple dip.

Another great option would be some crushed-up pretzels.

Use anything that’ll give the dip a little bit of a crunch.
