Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp salted butter
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 can 14 oz beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
