Sweet and Salty Easter Chex Mix with Honey is one of those simple recipes that disappear fast at every gathering. It is baked with a buttery honey glaze and loaded with cereal, cashews, and sunflower seeds for the perfect crunchy snack. If you love that balance of salty and sweet, this one is going to be a favorite.

I make this Easter Chex Mix when I want something easy but homemade that still feels special for spring. It is different from white chocolate bunny bait-style mixes because this one is baked and lightly glazed instead of coated in candy.
I love setting it out alongside my Easter White Chocolate Chex Mix and Easter Poke Cake for a mix of flavors and textures. It is perfect for Easter parties, baskets, or just snacking while the kids hunt eggs.
