Benefits of Air Fryer Cooking
You’re probably heard this before, but Air Frying is a healthier way to prepare food at home.
You’ll cook with less oil and still get food that is tasty and delicious.
- Lower Fat – Air Fryers use much less fat and oil to get a crispy coating on food
- Uses Hot Air – Air Fryers use hot air that is circulated around the food by a high-powered fan to crisp up the food quickly
- Lower Calories – Less fat and oils equals less overall calories in the food you eat
- Easier Cleanup – No standing over a hot stove with grease splattering out of the pan, wipe to clean, many Air Fryer baskets are dishwasher-safe
