Ninja Creami Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy whipping cream, milk, and sugar.
  2. Add in Coconut Cream and stir well.
  3. Divide the ice cream mixture into three pint-sized Ninja Creami containers. Freeze for 12-24 hours.
  4. Remove one or more containers from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Place one container into the Ninja Creami machine and process on the Mix In setting.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

Coconut Cream contains some small coconut bits. If you prefer smooth ice cream, consider blending the ice cream mixture in a blender for 1 minute before freezing.

The Ice Cream Setting will produce a much softer ice cream.
