Many people confuse sorbet with sherbet, but there is a notable difference between the two.
Sorbet is a frozen dessert that is made with fresh fruits, sugar, and water, making it an excellent option for vegans and lactose-intolerant folks.
On the other hand, sherbet contains dairy, making it slightly heavier than sorbet.

I don't have a Creami, nor do I have the space for it, OR want an appliance that requires a minimum 12 hour freeze time, to produce ONE pint. Like the look of this recipe, though,so guess I'll just have to use the old fashioned way of making it!
