  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 12 ct Jimmy Dean fully cooked pork sausage links

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place liners into two mini muffin pans or grease well.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix and water until just combined. (You will still see some lumps.) Stir in cheese and maple syrup.
  3. Spoon the batter evenly into mini muffin pans.
  4. Quarter sausage links. Press a piece of sausage into the center of each mini muffin.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
