Maple Pancake Sausage Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups Hungry Jack pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 12 ct Jimmy Dean fully cooked pork sausage links
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place liners into two mini muffin pans or grease well.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix and water until just combined. (You will still see some lumps.) Stir in cheese and maple syrup.
- Spoon the batter evenly into mini muffin pans.
- Quarter sausage links. Press a piece of sausage into the center of each mini muffin.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
