Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hungry Jack pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 12 ct Jimmy Dean fully cooked pork sausage links

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place liners into two mini muffin pans or grease well.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix and water until just combined. (You will still see some lumps.) Stir in cheese and maple syrup.
  • Spoon the batter evenly into mini muffin pans.
  • Quarter sausage links. Press a piece of sausage into the center of each mini muffin.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
